Motorsports Network is not in the business of collecting your personal
information. We do not collect information on you for
the purpose of selling it to others. We will at no time provide or sell
information about individual viewers to anyone. The only
cookies we are aware that our site uses are for the purpose of
tracking your order through our shopping cart. Motorsports Network will
not share your individual personal information with any unauthorized
sources - like with potential advertisers or sales to
third parties. Sales of information regarding our viewers as a group is
possible, though we have never done so. Authorized sources would
include charge card companies, but only when necessary, and only after you have made a purchase with
us by credit card.

Ordering Methods
(48 US States)
1. On-line: by Visa or Master Card.
2. By mail: go through our normal shopping cart purchase process.
Rather than type in credit card information, type in "mail
order". Make sure to check the correct shipping charge and enter
California sales tax if the order will be shipped anywhere in California.
After you submit your order, you will see an order confirmation page.
Print this page and submit it with your check or money order for the full
amount of your purchase - including any CA sales tax and shipping. Any
orders received without applicable sales tax (CA only) or shipping charges
will not be processed.
3. By fax: go through our normal shopping cart purchase process.

order". Make sure to check the correct shipping charge and enter
California sales tax if the order will be shipped anywhere in California.
After you submit your order, you will see an order confirmation page.
Print this page and submit it by fax with your credit card number and
expiration date. Also sign your name (the cardholder only) next to the sale
amount. The cardholder name must match the "shipping to"
address. Any orders received without applicable sales tax or
shipping charges will be changed and charged to reflect the proper shipping and or
sales tax amounts. Our 24 hour fax line (909-781-9469) is
secure for your credit card information.

5. Pricing

Our prices
are subject to change at any time. Special offer pricing remains valid until that special offer ends. Minimum order amount:
The minimum order we can accept is $20. (before tax and shipping is added)

Returns:
We accept returns on defective products or incorrectly shipped items within
30 days
of receipt. We will accept returns of most*
items within 30 days of receipt, but these returns will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee - 10% for Staintune exhaust systems. Returned items must be in new and re-sellable condition in their original packaging
or they will not be accepted. The cost of any special shipping
arrangements will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Before returning any item, you must first
notify us by email for
authorization. This notification allows us to solve your problem or
prepare for your return.

All returns must be sent back to us "pre-paid shipping" or
they will not be accepted. Parcel Post and UPS are the most affordable methods.
We recommend you insure the product(s) for
their full value to protect
yourself against loss or damage during shipping.

Sales Tax:
Motorsports Network charges 7.5% sales tax on all California orders.
All orders shipped to a California addresses are considered a
California sale.

Security
Server/SSL Certificate
Motorsports Network use encryption technology and secure servers to prevent unauthorized access to your
personal information. Our Thawte security certificate should be compatible with virtually any
browser.
9.
Shipping methods
We ship most orders by UPS ground service. Some small items may be sent
by US Priority mail.

What
don't we sell?
We are not an OEM dealer. We do not sell OEM parts. This means Yamaha and Kawasaki type parts and accessories.
11. Warranties
Products are covered by the manufacturers standard warranty. Motorsports Network provides
no additional warranty coverage. The liability of Motorsports Network for losses or
damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase
price or at our option, replacement of the item. ChatterBox
products carry a one year warranty from the manufacturer. Staintune
products carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty (stainless
systems only). Carbon fiber muffler canisters carry a
craftsmanship warranty only, assuring no defects in
construction or fit. There is however, no in use warranty
for carbon fiber mufflers. Motorsports
Network shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do no
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

We strive to provide accurate and timely information. However, Motorsports
Network is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing,
copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error, we will promptly notify
you by E-mail with the corrected pricing information.
