Kawasaki's Exciting and bold new 2003 ZR1000
2003 KAWASAKI Z1000
Exciting and progressive styling sets the new Z1000 apartIn addition to new bold styling, Kawasaki engineers set out to produce a good-looking, high performance engine suitable for a naked bike. Equipped with four stainless steel mufflers, the engine packs a visual impact indeed. Based on the wonderful ZX900F engine, with displacement increased from 899cc to 953cc for heaps of gutsy mid-range torque, the Z1000's power characteristics are as smooth and enjoyable as they are aggressive, thanks to an optimized flywheel mass and fuel injection system. Adding to the allure of the motorcycle is the Z1000's comfortable riding position and excellent handling characteristics.
