Pricing: All pricing is in US funds (US Dollars)
Warranty:
All stainless,
aluminum and titanium
systems carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty against material defects
and fatigue cracking under normal use - and a lifetime warranty against
repacking. There is no
in-use warranty for Carbon Fiber products as this material does fade over time.
Carbon Fiber mufflers will hold up for years and years of use, but can fade
over time especially if left in the sun for extend time periods and on a
regular basis. All returned orders / products will
be charged a 10% return
fee by MN. Any and all shipping charges will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
Shipping:
Most (in-stock)
Remus orders are shipped the same or
next day! All Remus orders ship by UPS. Out-of-stock items usually ship in 2-3 weeks. Special order
items (mostly older bike applications) take about 4-6 weeks. Special order items
must be pre-paid and cannot be cancelled. Special order items will be built, the
time is all that is in question.
Shipping:
Orders are only
accepted for 48 states - sorry, no orders for Hawaii and Alaska.

Orders are shipped by
UPS
ground to the 48 states.
Returns:
Proof of purchase must be included. We work extremely hard to serve our customers. However, due to our low prices we charge a 15% restocking fee on all
Remus returns - unless the
product is defective or we shipped the wrong item to you. All returns,
with proof of purchase, must
be sent to the Remus US Distributor - not Motorsports Network. Please
contact us by email if you need further return information. All return shipping charges, including insurance, must be
prepaid by the customer or the product will not be accepted by the return
center. Please insure the product as you are liable for any loss. If you
cancel an order which has already been charged to your card (but not
shipped), there is a 5% cancellation fee - no exceptions.
Any and all shipping charges (for orders that have shipped) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We will not accept any returns of pipes that have been mounted. No returns
accepted on any items after 30 days from time of receipt.

Free Shipping Offer:
If your order qualifies, you must select the
"free shipping" box when completing your order in our shopping
cart - or shipping charges will apply and will not be refunded.
(Free shipping applies only to the 48 states and these orders will be
shipped by UPS ground) Free shipping offer does not include Alaska or
Hawaii. If you select "free shipping" and your order does not qualify for
this, we will charge the normal shipping charges to your card before your order
is shipped.
