Pricing: All pricing is in US funds (US Dollars)
Warranty: Piaa bulbs carry a one year warranty, lamp housings a lifetime warranty. Lens covers are not covered against cracking. Bulbs can be replaced during the warranty period, but multiple warranties for the same bulb will not be processed (check your electrical system). Un-opened and un-used products can be returned for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. All returned orders / products will be charged a 10% return fee by MN and any and all shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Shipping: Most (in-stock) PIAA orders are shipped the same or next day! Out-of-stock items, as well as special order items, usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Shipping: Orders are only accepted for 48 states - sorry, no orders for Hawaii and Alaska. 
Shipping: Orders are shipped by UPS ground to the 48 states.
Returns: We work extremely hard to serve our customers. However, due to our low prices we charge a 10% restocking fee on all PIAA returns - unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item to you. All returns, with proof of purchase, must be sent to the PIAA US Distributor - not Motorsports Network. Please contact us by email if you need further return information. All return shipping charges, including insurance, must be prepaid by the customer or the product will not be accepted by the return center. Please insure the product as you are liable for any loss. If you cancel an order which has already been charged to your card (but not shipped), there is a 5% cancellation fee - no exceptions. Any and all shipping charges (for orders that have shipped) will not be refunded under any circumstances. We will not accept any returns of open packages.
