What Is
MotoDib™ - And Why The Funny Names
The name
Dib™ stands
for "Daily
Internet
Bargain" and this is what we will strive to
provide to all of you. We bring daily specials of Powersports products to the web. These items can be overstock, closeouts and
even an introduction of a new product at a great price. Almost
any item that can be shipped by standard ground service is fair
game. This could be engine parts, tires, electronics, handlebars, luggage,
seat covers, oil, apparel, helmets,
tires, ANYTHING!
Shipping is
normally by US Mail or UPS ground service.
These daily
specials (Dibs = Daily Internet Bargains) are good for the day they are published or
until sold out – that’s it! We don’t publish the quantity
available – it could be 1 or it could be 300. Please don’t send
us an email asking if a different color or size is available – it’s not.
Please don’t ask how many of an item is available – we won’t
tell. Please don’t ask us if an item is still available after it's pulled – it’s not. Please let us focus on generating more
great specials and getting orders shipped – email as described
above won’t be answered because it’s impossible for us
to keep up with it. We
will post new items when we post them – no warning. We will try
to be timely which would mean late at night. When an item is
sold out - we will post something to that as quickly as possible.
If for some reason we cannot ship your order you will notified
by email and of course you won't be charged.
We
work very hard to keep the shipping fee as low as possible –
this means we normally loose on shipping.

We have been on the web since 1987 publishing an online magazine
and selling a highly targeted collection of products. We have
recently expanded, maybe reinvented ourselves is a better term,
to publish
MotorcycleVideoReview.com and to bring you
MotoDib.com and now MotorcycleTV.us and AffordableClassifieds.com.
We are from and of this industry. We ride and test just about
every day – we have the passion! Our goal is to treat every
order with the respect and focus we would want.
Sales Policy
With this said,
there are some things about our sales policy you should know. We
don’t sell items from MotoDib for you to figure out if you want
it, or if you like it. We ask that you do all the needed research
before you orde as all sales are final - thus the great pricing. If you just want to see the color in person
don’t order as there are no returns! This is closeout type
product and it’s usually highly discounted. This means we won’t
have a replacement item either. If you receive an item and don’t
want to keep it, sell it for a profit on Ebay. If an item is
returned to us without prior and explicit permission, it won’t
be accepted. If you receive an item and don’t know how to use it,
contact the manufacturer – they know best. If you would like to
pay full retail we can
discuss reversing all of the sales policies listed above.
If you receive
an item that it is clearly damaged or not correct when received
(highly unlikely but certainly possible) you have 7 days from
receipt to let us know. If you are forced to return the item we
will tell you where to ship it – you are likely to get
a replacement part which will be the first option. After this it
would mean a card refund.
No, we don’t
make you sign up with an account so you can order. If you would like
that sort of thing maybe we’ll add it in the future.
Payment
options are
currently Visa or Master Card through our secure shopping cart -
no exceptions.
We are located
in Southern California – but items may ship from anywhere
in the US. No, you may not pickup your order in Southern
California – hopefully we’ll be out riding. We only
ship to the 48 states (unless otherwise noted on an items listing) - we apologize for this as we have many
great customers from elsewhere on Motorsports-Network but we
can't ship elsewhere for these items.
If we
mistakenly list a product with incorrect information or pricing, we
retain the right to correct our mistake. We would then notify
any and all customers who ordered before the error was
discovered. The attorneys made
us put this one in.
