Warranty:
All Akrapovic exhaust
systems carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty against material defects
and fatigue cracking under normal use.
Shipping:
Most (in-stock)
orders are shipped within three days! Out-of-stock items, as well as special
order items, usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive in the US.
Shipping:
Orders are only
accepted for 48 states - sorry, no orders for Hawaii and Alaska.

Orders are shipped by UPS

Special Order Items:
All "special order" pipe orders are non cancelable.
Returns:
We work extremely hard to serve our customers. However, due to our low prices we charge a 10% restocking fee on all
Akrapovic returns - unless the
product is defective or we shipped the wrong item to you. All returns,
with proof of purchase, must
be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns should be
sent to Motorsports Network - after receiving
a return authorization. Please
contact us by email if you need further return information. All return shipping charges, including insurance, must be
prepaid by the customer or the product will not be accepted by the return
center. Please insure the product as you are liable for any loss. If you
cancel an order which has already been charged to your card (but not
shipped), there is a 5% cancellation fee - no exceptions.
Any and all shipping charges (for orders that have shipped) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We will not accept any returns of pipes that have been mounted.

Free Shipping Offer:
If your order qualifies, you must select the
"free shipping" box when completing your order in our shopping
cart or shipping charges will apply and will not be refunded.
(Free shipping applies only to the 48 states and these orders will be
shipped by UPS ground) Free shipping offer does not include Alaska or
Hawaii. If you select "free shipping" and your order does not qualify for
this, we will charge the normal shipping charges to your card before your order
is shipped.
