Pricing: All pricing is in US funds (US Dollars)
Warranty: All Hand tools are lifetime warranted against defects in workmanship, when used under normal conditions. The remainder of kit contents carry a one-year warranty from CruzTOOLS, Inc.

Shipping: Most CruzTools orders are shipped within 4 days. Out-of-stock items, as well as special order items, usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive in the US.
Shipping: Orders are only accepted for 48 states - sorry, no orders for Hawaii and Alaska. 
Shipping: Orders are normally shipped by UPS ground to the 48 states.
Returns: We work extremely hard to serve our customers. However, we charge a 10% restocking fee on all CruzTools returns - in the original packaging and in new unused condition - unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item to you. Any and all shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. All warranty returns, with proof of purchase, must be sent to the CruzTools US Distributor - not to Motorsports Network. Please contact us by email if you need further return information. All return shipping charges, including insurance, must be prepaid by the customer or the product will not be accepted by the return center. Please insure the product shipment as you are liable for any loss before the product is received by us. If you cancel an order which has already been charged to your card (but not shipped), there is a 5% cancellation fee - no exceptions. Any and all shipping charges (for orders that have shipped) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
** Free Shipping Offer: If your order qualifies, you must select the "free shipping" box when completing your order in our shopping cart or shipping charges will apply and will not be refunded. (Free shipping applies only to the 48 states and these orders will be shipped by UPS ground) Free shipping offer does not include Alaska or Hawaii. If you leave off the correct shipping fee, it will be added to your order before we fill it.
