Sometimes it's difficult for our suppliers to keep popular products in stock.
This means items are sometimes out of stock (we hate this as much as you do).
If this is the case with your order, you will promptly be notified by email. Your order
will automatically hold (if you wish) the next shipment of product for you on a first ordered basis. Out of stock items usually take 2-4 weeks to fill, sometimes less.

Additional Charges: We add no hidden transaction, service or handling fees!
 Pricing: All pricing is in US funds (US Dollars)
 Warranty: All items carry the manufacturers warranty against defects under normal use.
Shipping: Most (in-stock) orders are shipped within 3-4 days! Out-of-stock items, as well as special order items, usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive in the US.
 Shipping: Orders are only accepted for 48 states - sorry, no orders for Hawaii and Alaska. 
 Shipping: Orders are shipped by UPS ground to the 48 states.
 Returns: We work extremely hard to serve our customers. However, due to our low prices we charge a 10% return fee - unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item to you. All returns, with proof of purchase, must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns should be sent to Motorsports Network - only after receiving a return authorization. Please contact us by email if you need further return information. All return shipping charges, including insurance, must be prepaid by the customer or the product will not be accepted by the return center. Please insure the product as you are liable for any and all loss before the product is received by us. If you cancel an order which has already been charged to your card (but not shipped), there is a 5% cancellation fee - no exceptions. Any and all shipping charges (for orders that have shipped) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We will not accept any returns of products that have been mounted or used. There are no returns on electrical items.
 ** Free Shipping Offer: If your order qualifies, you must select the "free shipping" box when completing your order in our shopping cart or shipping charges will apply and will not be refunded. (Free shipping applies only to the 48 states and these orders will be shipped by UPS ground) Free shipping offer does not include Alaska or Hawaii. If you select "free shipping" and your order does not qualify for this, we will charge the normal shipping charges to your card before your order is shipped.
