Pricing: All pricing is in US funds (US Dollars)

Shipping: Most Ferodo brake products are in stock and normally shipped the same or next day. If for some reason your order can't be promptly shipped we will notify you by email to the email address your order was placed from. Orders are only accepted for 48 states. Most Ferodo brake product orders are shipped by Priority US Mail. This means the order should get to you within about 1 week - and THERE ARE NO TRACKING NUMBERS. If you would like to order from Hawaii or Alaska please contact us before ordering.
Warranty: All Ferodo products carry the manufacturers warranty. If your new item arrives with a problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of the problem before the product is used or as soon as a manufacturer defect is detected. Each claim will be handled on a case by case basis by the manufacturer. If you ordered the wrong product, a shipping or restocking fee will be charged - sorry.
Returns: Proof of purchase must be included. We work extremely hard to serve our customers. However, due to our low prices we charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns - unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item to you. All returns, with proof of purchase, must be sent to the Ferodo distributor - not to Motorsports Network. Please contact us by email if you need further return information. All return shipping charges, including insurance, must be prepaid by the customer or the product will not be accepted by the return center. Please insure the product as you are liable for any loss. If you cancel an order which has already been charged to your card (but not shipped), there is a 5% cancellation fee - no exceptions. Any and all shipping charges (for orders that have shipped) will not be refunded under any circumstances. We will not accept any returns of brake pads that have been mounted or in some way used. Please carefully match the pads you receive to the worn (removed) pads before mounting them. There will be no returns made for products after 30 days of receipt.
